Frequently Asked Questions
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 6-8 hours, perfect for dropping bags in the morning and collecting them at your hotel in the afternoon. Express delivery takes approximately 2 hours for same-day urgent needs.
What if my hotel isn't a partner?
We're constantly expanding our partner network. If your hotel isn't listed, you can request them to join or arrange delivery to a nearby partner location. Contact us and we'll help find a solution.
Is my luggage insured?
Yes! All bags are fully insured against loss, damage, or theft while in our care. Our tamper-evident seals and tracking ensure your belongings are protected throughout the journey.
Can I book same-day?
Absolutely. You can book up to 30 minutes before your planned drop-off. For Express service, we recommend booking at least 2 hours before you need delivery.
What items can I send?
We accept standard luggage—suitcases, duffel bags, backpacks. Prohibited items include valuables over €500, perishables, liquids over 100ml, and anything illegal. Full list in the app.
Do you deliver to Airbnbs?
Currently, we only deliver to partner hotels and businesses. For Airbnb stays, we can deliver to a nearby partner hub where you can collect your bags.
