Common questions.
Standard delivery takes 6-8 hours, perfect for dropping bags in the morning and collecting them at your hotel in the afternoon. Express delivery takes approximately 2 hours.
We're constantly expanding our partner network. If your hotel isn't listed, you can request them to join or arrange delivery to a nearby partner location. Contact us and we'll find a solution.
Yes — all bags are fully insured against loss, damage, or theft while in our care. Tamper-evident seals and real-time tracking ensure your belongings are protected throughout.
Absolutely. You can book up to 30 minutes before your planned drop-off. For Express service, we recommend booking at least 2 hours in advance.
We accept standard luggage — suitcases, duffel bags, backpacks. Prohibited items include valuables over €500, perishables, liquids over 100ml, and anything illegal.
Currently we only deliver to partner hotels and businesses. For Airbnb stays, we can deliver to a nearby partner hub where you can collect your bags.
